MGF 160 – 2010 preparations

While Mike’s still working away on the Anglia, David has been making some less drastic modifications to his MGF in preparation for the season’s first race at Brands on April 11th.

For 2010 David’s going to be racing with his hard top on (you can see it was off in the photos from last year) – hoping that it might be more aerodynamically efficient. He’s also added a splitter to the front to try and give some more downforce and help him round those corners! There’s also been some paint added (where required) and he’s tidied up some of the buttons in the cockpit.

The other project he’s been working on, in the spirit of Class D in the MG Trohpy, is to make the car road legal. There hasn’t been too much tinkering required so we should be able to give you an update on that in the next week or so.
